Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier. Full payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Other financial services are available though various companies.
Financial Assistance
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. Dental treatment is a good investment in your medical and psychological well being. We do not want to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire or need. Since different people have different treatment and financial needs, we offer the following payment/financial options:
PAYMENT IN FULL
A 5% cash discount is offered when total fees over $200 are paid in full with cash or check on the date of treatment or before.
Payment in full can be made at the time of treatment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
OFFICE PAYMENT PLAN
With this plan, an initial payment is due when treatment begins. The balance is to be paid in two monthly payments by cash, check, or credit card. Interest of 18% is added to accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days.
DENTAL FEE PLAN
Third party financing is available with low or no interest for up to 12 months with no initial payment. Payment plans range from 18 to 60 months with low interest rates from 9.99% to 12.99%. The interest-free plan repayment ranges from 3,6 or 12 months with minimum case fees of $300, and $1000. These options allow you to proceed with your dental treatment while arranging payments that will fit comfortably into your budget.
